VISA Letters

Presenters and other participants may have to apply in person at the Japanese Embassy or Consulate in their country. This process may take up to a few months, and it is advised to make your VISA arrangements early.

If you need a VISA letter from the organizers in order to obtain a VISA to enter Japan, please contact the conference organizer at mail: questioncrowncom2011 AT snd DOT elec DOT keio DOT ac DOT jp.

Please note that VISA invitation letter can only be issued to authors with accepted papers and indeed, it can only be sent to you once your registration and payment for CrownCom 2011 have been received.
