Paper Submission Instruction


  1. CrownCom2011 is using EasyChair conference system for paper submission. Please visit following URL as first step.

  2. If you have no account in EasyChair, please make your account by yourself as in the following steps.

    1. Go to https://www.easychair.org/account/signin.cgi?conf=crowncom2011
    2. Select gsign up for an accounth. (Fig.1)
    3. Please enter the two words for security purpose. (Fig.2)
    4. Please fill out your First name, Last name, and Email. (Fig.3)
      Then gAccount Application Receivedh is indicated in your screen.
    5. A mail with further instruction will be sent by email. (Fig.4)

    6. Please click above link in your email. Then, please fill out User name, Country, Company/organization, Phone, Address, and Password. (Fig.5)
    7. Finally the account will be created (Fig.6)

  3. Initial Paper submission
    1. Log in with your EasyChair account
      https://www.easychair.org/account/signin.cgi?conf=crowncom2011 (Fig.1)
    2. Click on the link gNew Submissionh in the header Menu. (Fig.7)
    3. Fill out the details of your paper.
      • Authors (Fig.8)
        Check on gCorresponding authorh for contact persons.
      • Title, Abstract and Other information (Fig.9)
      • Category
        Please choose one of four tracks of CrownCom2011 for your paper.
        • Track1 dynamic spectrum access/management
        • Track2 Cognitive networks
        • Track3 Modeling, regulation and standardizations
        • Track4 Architecture and Implementations
        You can find details of the tracks in the CFP of CrownCom2011.

      • Keywords (Fig.10)
        You must specify at least three keywords.
      • Upload paper (Fig.11)
        The paper must satisfy the paper format given in the authorfs kit.

      *ATTENTION*
      * The submission must be in the PDF format (file extension of .pdf).
      * The paper doesn't follow the paper format will not be appeared in IEEE Xplore.
    4. Submit Paper
      Check the details of your paper again.
      If everything is correct, please click on gSubmith for paper submission. (Fig.12)
    5. Paper modification and re-upload After you have successfully uploaded your paper, you will see the list of your papers as well as their statuses. (Fig.13) (Fig.14)
      You may modify and re-upload new versions of your papers before the review phase starts.
