Final Manuscript Upload Process

• Generating the PDF file using IEEE PDF eXpress^TM



• After creating your final manuscript(s), use IEEE PDF eXpressTM to obtain IEEE Xplore-compatible PDF(s) at http://www.pdf-express.org/.
• Click on the 'New Users - Click Here' option to create a new IEEE PDF eXpress^TM account. Conference ID: crowncom11xp
• Upload source file(s) for conversion and/or PDF(s) for checking. The site contains extensive instructions, resources, helpful hints, and access to technical support.
• Proofread the generated PDF file thoroughly. There could be missing symbols, equations, graphs and other reported errors. Please make necessary corrections to the source file and repeat the conversion process again. If problems persist, please use the online help provided in the IEEE PDF eXpress^TM site for advice.
• Please forward the email, you received from IEEE PDF eXpress^TM to the publication chair, Mr. Akihiro Okazaki (Email address: okazaki.akihiro AT m DOT ieice DOT org ). This is for him to counter-check your submission. For any reason that you need to regenerate the PDF file again, please repeat this procedure.

IMPORTANT: Proceed to submit the final manuscript only after authors obtain IEEE Xplore-compatible PDFs.


• Final Manuscripts Submission



• Please note that each manuscript is limited to 5 pages.
• Final manuscripts must be uploaded into the Confy system: http://cameraready.eai.eu/
• Log into Confy with your e-mail address, which is provided by e-mail from Confy system.

IMPORTANT: If you are only one of the co-authors who is NOT responsible for uploading the accepted paper, you will still have to set your profile BEFORE the camera-ready deadline otherwise you may not be listed among the co-authors in the proceedings.

• Once logged in, go to the Registration section of the conference website and use the online registration link to register for the conference.
• At least one author for each accepted paper MUST register at full rate (non-student) and finish the payment in order for the paper to be submitted and be included at the conference and on the final conference proceedings CD.
• Upload your paper to Confy by 15 April 2011.
• All accepted papers which would be presented by their authors during the conference will be published in IEEE Xplore.
• When uploading the camera-ready version, please make sure to add your co-authors in the same order as they appear in the file. Should you have any questions regarding Confy, please contact us from the following site: http://cameraready.eai.eu/#contact.
