Author's Guide
Format
- Conference language is English. Prospective authors are encouraged to submit a PDF version of the full paper in IEEE conference proceedings format, which are limited to 5 two-column pages in a 10 pt font in the main body.
- We note that papers which would be presented by their authors during the conference will be uploaded to IEEE XploreTM.
